FAQ

Unit Sizing and Pricing

What unit sizes do you offer?

We offer a variety of unit sizes to fit your needs. Common sizes include:
  • 5 x 10 units: These work well for boxes, yard equipment, and bikes.
  • 10 x 10 units: Great for holding large appliances and furniture.
  • 10 x 20 units: Excellent for couples looking to store household items.
  • 10 x 30 units: Terrific for housing smaller vehicles and furniture.
  • 20 x 30 units: Perfect for keeping vehicles, boats, and trailers.
Please note: The auto and boat units (20x30) are currently only available at our Waterville location. Specific size availability may vary at other locations, so please check our website or contact us for current options.

How do I determine what size unit I need?

A 5x10 unit can hold the contents of a small bedroom or studio apartment, along with yard equipment and bikes. A 10x10 unit is well-suited for a one-bedroom apartment, including large appliances and furniture. A 10x20 unit can typically fit the contents of a 2-bedroom home. Larger units (10x30, 20x30) are suitable for multiple rooms, furniture, appliances, or even vehicle storage. We can help you estimate the right size based on your inventory.

How much do your storage units cost?

Are there any additional fees besides the monthly rent?

A security deposit equal to one month's rent is due upon lease signing. Other potential fees will be clearly outlined in your rental agreement.
